Fresh topics are important to keep your blog readership interested,

And... now we're going to discuss just how you can do that.

What are you going to write about? 

It should be a topic that you're passionate about or are at the very least interested in.

For example I live and breathe => Internet Marketing 

Fresh content is important to keep your blog readership as well as the search engines interested...

But what do you do when the well of ideas runs dry?

This articles give some suggestions on how to keep the momentum going when you're blogging.

If you've chosen blogging as your new career, then you don't want to torture yourself
by writing about something that you have zero interest in,
otherwise you might as well return to that mundane job you just quit!

Feelings and emotions show through your writing, so your readers will notice any indifference you may have toward a certain topic that you find boring.
Don't forget the advice about writing with a personality.

Forced writing will not establish you in the world of blogging at all.

Once you've chosen your main theme -- or if it has chosen you, then that's even better -- start posting to your blog and try to get into the habit of doing that at least once every day.

It doesn't always need to be a long post; it could be a comment on something you read in the newspaper today or a segment that you saw on the breakfast news program on TV.

Think of yourself as a gigantic container ship, that needs a lot of effort to get moving.
At first, you'll budge just a foot or two and later you'll trudge slowly on until you're at full speed. Before you know it, it'll take a lot of effort to stop you!

Nevertheless, regardless of how well you know your topic, you're going to run out of fresh input at some point, so let's look at some content brainstorm ideas.

1) Check out what other bloggers have to say on the current state of affairs in your field of discussion. You can find related blogs by visiting http://blogsearch.google.com/  or http://www.technorati.com. You'll learn from other blogs and you can also comment on what others have to say on your own blog!

2) Once you’ve established contact with other bloggers, you’ll have almost inexhaustible input to keep you going for a while, so there won't be an acute need to search for content to write about. Should you still be stuck, then you can search for news articles related to your niche in you local newspaper or online.

3) By joining a few forums related to your niche -- just choose the ones that are the most focused on your particular area -- you can engage in conversations with others who share your interests. This is a great way to build up a Q&A bank and interesting discussion topics to write about. An added bonus is that your forum posts will quite handily generate traffic for your blog and, hopefully, profits.

Try to maintain your daily posting habit. 

The major search engines love fresh content and... 

They are more likely to spider your blog frequently, 

Which will also result in getting you extra traffic.

 There are basically two ways to compile an email list of prospective customers: 
Paying somebody for one or compiling it yourself.
Email marketing is one of the best ways to contact highly targeted prospective customers who are ready and willing to buy your products. So paying somebody else for a list of random email addresses is pretty much a waste of money.
That’s because there’s no guarantee that the people on your purchased list have any interest whatsoever in the types of products or services you are selling. To waste hundreds of dollars buying such a list and countless hours generating an email campaign toward an indifferent customer base seems futile.
Building Your List
A better way is to create your own list of highly targeted potential customers who want to buy your products. When you use this list-building method, your email lists are comprised of the addresses of three key groups.
  • The first is people who have bought your products in the past.
  • The second is people who have expressed an interest in the types of products you sell.
  • The third is people who have agreed to give you their email addresses in exchange for something free that they value.
Your existing customers are likely to be open to purchasing more products from you in the future. This is why it is important to capture and retain the email addresses of every person who has ever bought anything from you.
Tracking Your Customers
It’s also helpful to keep track of what specific products and product categories they purchased.
Repeat customers are one of your biggest sources of potential revenue. That’s because you already have established a positive relationship with them. You can continue to exploit that trust bond indefinitely, as long as they are happy with the products you promote.
The second key group is people who have expressed an interest in the types of products you sell. These are the people who are going to arrive on your web page via links from Facebook Ads, banner ads, links embedded in other web pages and similar gateways.
The third highly effective method for getting motivated customers to visit your page is to give them “something for nothing”.
Why You Need a Squeeze Page
Usually, this is done in the form of a “squeeze page”. A squeeze page is a web page in which you offer visitors something of value – a free report, an informational video, an eBook – in exchange for their email address. The content that you give away should offer something of value related to your product niche.
When it comes to email subscriber lists, there are two schools of thought. The first says that bigger is better. The more people you have on your list, the better chance you have of selling to them. Even if only a small percentage of the people on your email list actually buy anything, you still stand to make a profit.
But bigger is not always better. While it’s true that you may sell to a small percentage of your list, what happens with the majority percentage of people who are being bombarded with emails from you about products they don’t want?
One Word: Spam
Your emails eventually will be directed to their spam folders and your website could be targeted as spam and banned from the major internet providers. If that happens, your online store’s reputation can suffer serious damage.
A better idea is to create a squeeze page and optimize it so that it appears on least on the front page of your niche’s SERP, if not in the top spot.

How to Dominate Affiliate Marketing - Brian M. Hazel

People Usually Buy => Applied Cash Flow 
to Solve their Financial Problems.
They buy food because they are hungry, 
They buy an education because they want to advance their career, 
They buy a car because they want to drive around and/or impress their friends.
Presenting a problem is therefore the first part of any marketing email. The problem presented in your email is simply whatever your product will solve.
A Real-World Example
For example, let’s assume your affiliate product is an eBook that teaches how to talk to the opposite sex. The problem then would be that the customer is shy, doesn’t know how to meet people, and is afraid that they are going to grow old and die alone as a result.
Frequently, the presenting the problem is done in the form of a series of questions:
  • Do you get tongue-tied when it comes time to meet women?
  • Are you spending your Saturday nights sitting at home watching television because you can’t ask women out on dates?
  • Are you afraid that you will be a lifelong bachelor because of your anxiety around the opposite sex?” 
Offering Solutions
Next comes introducing your product as a solution to the problem. This gives your prospective customers hope that they can enrich their lives and remove this obstacle simply by purchasing your product:
“Introducing ‘How to Speak to Sexy Women: A Comprehensive Guide’ ”
After introducing your product, you want to explain the benefits your product has to offer your customer. These are different than your products features, which are a list of things that it includes.
This is actually a very important distinction: Benefits describe how your product will improve your customer’s life, how it will not only solve their problem but make them a better person. With this hypothetical product, for example, the benefits might include:
  • Win the woman of your dreams and begin a long and happy life with your new family.
  • Impress your friends and relatives with your confidence and self-esteem
  • Become more attractive to all women and increase your sex appeal
Benefits are a better way to promote your affiliate product than simply listing its features. That’s because it give your potential customer the opportunity to imagine themselves as being a better person for having purchased your product.
A good way to remember it is like this: Features SELL but benefits TELL.
If you are offering any special bonuses or guarantees, they can be listed next. Or if you are directing your email recipient to a sales page where the text builds up to the bonuses and guarantees, it may be a better idea to simply wait until they get there so that it have more impact.
The Critical CTA
The most important part is your Call to Action (CTA). You need to be crystal clear on exactly what it is you want your reader to do.
There can be no ambiguity whatsoever. If it is to visit a sales page, then state that clearly. If it is to buy a product, tell your customer to do exactly that. Don’t hint, obfuscate or beat around the bush. There’s no time for that and your customer won’t appreciate it. Be direct.
“Get Your Copy of ‘How to Meet Sexy Women’ and Start Changing Your Life TODAY!!”
The final part, and perhaps the most important, is the affiliate link. If you forget to include this link, you have wasted the time of your customer because they can’t get to where you want them to go.
Make a point of double checking every email you send to make sure it has an outgoing affiliate link to the web page where your customers can buy the product you are promoting. And test that link every time. One little misspelling or a period in the wrong spot can derail your entire sales process.
